We all need to be able to defend ourselves and protect our family if need be.  There are some great products on the market to help us such as a Taser or a Stun Gun. But you need to learn how to use a taser. And there are usually quite a few classes available that teach some Self Defense techniques.  But what do you do if your time and financial resources are limited?

One solution is the purchase of Videos for Self Defense.   One major benefit is that there is no need to spend gas money or time to travel to the class location.  And, if performing in public is a concern for you, you will have complete privacy while training at home.

A third benefit of using Self Defense DVD’s or tapes, is that you can practice anytime it fits into your schedule even if that’s at 3 AM.

You may also find that most Personal Protection classes can be quite expensive while there is only one small up front cost of purchasing a video and it can be used again and again until you’ve mastered the techniques with no additional cost to you.

Videos can be a simple, convenient and inexpensive addition to your Self Defense aresenal.  Add in some Hot Pepper Spray or a Personal Defense Alarm and you have the tools to protect yourself and your family.
